5 scouts minimum. There’s no maximum — we’ll scale our sensei team to your troop size. Smaller troops are welcome to combine with another troop to reach the minimum.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead. Friday evening slots fill up fast, especially during badge-earning seasons in fall and spring. Payment is due 2 weeks before the event date.

The troop leader purchases the official badges from the Girl Scouts shop. We provide everything else — supplies, equipment, instruction, and a Code Ninjas® Fun Patch for each scout to take home.

We don’t provide food — scouts bring their own snacks. We require peanut-free snacks only out of respect for scouts with allergies. Drinks are available at the dojo.

Yes! Pick any of the three badge tracks (Robotics, Cybersecurity, or Coding for Good) and we’ll adjust pacing and activities to your troop’s level (Daisy, Brownie, or Junior). If you have a specific topic request, let us know in the form.

It’s your call. Some troop leaders prefer parents drop off and pick up; others welcome parent helpers in the room. We just ask that the troop leader stay on site as the primary point of contact.

Cancellations and date changes are accepted with at least 7 days’ notice for a full refund or reschedule. Within 7 days, we’ll do our best to accommodate but can’t guarantee a refund.
